Queue for REST tile seeding calls

So one thing we've talked about is a REST api for seeding the queue - http://.../geowebcache/seed?BBOX=0,0,10,10&fromzoom=6&tozoom=10

What would be really cool is if one can queue up a bunch of these calls for geowebcache to run through. I'm not sure of the restful way to do this, but I'm sure there is one. But you should be able to check the queue and see the areas that are in line for caching.

This is sweet because it can be hooked up to a UI, where the user just goes and selects areas on openlayers they want cached.
