Does GeoRSS need a destroy method?

Description

As far as I can tell, there is nothing stopping the polling threads. Do we need to add a destroy method to GeoRSS so that the servlet shuts down cleanly?

I think it's solved, at least Tomcat shuts down cleanly on my machine.
